🔄 Digital Products – No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please ensure compatibility with your software (e.g., Serum v1.334+ or Serum 2.0+) before downloading.
✅ Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You received a corrupted or incorrect file and can’t access the correct version.
- You never received access to your product despite a completed transaction.
If any of these apply, please reach out to us within 7 days of your order.
